Open Enrollment can be stressful for anyone. Need a boost? Need a sidekick? Need some added oomph? You've got it and I'm with you every step of the way. I LOVE Open Enrollment meetings because that is when an employee's most important questions come out. That's when someone needs an answer to a question they were afraid to ask HR or a co-worker. That 's when someone is going through a stressful health issue and they need some expert advice. Using an online benefits platform saves a lot of time and keeps everyone organized, but those employee connections made in-person during Open Enrollment is why I love my job.
